Charverale Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
A bit of back ground:

Since Mark could walk he started riding horses and from an early age had a passion for all things with four legs! A Jack Russell called Bobby was the first taste of success in 1983 by winning 1st at a hound/terrier limit show, with that the show bug meant that everything from goats and horses got the show treatment. A passion for hounds and horses resulted in the experiance of hunting with bassets, harrier, blood and fox hounds.Watching a pack of hounds work is a fantastic way of looking and movement, good and bad along with horses both hunters and race horses has helped build an "eye" for movement.

Veronica's introduction to the world of animals came when she met Mark whilst he was working as a riding instructor. He gave her a horse riding lesson and some weeks later a relationship developed which in a few years resulted in the first litter! Alex followed in time by Charlotte. Veronica has the better "eye" for a nice puppy so jointly (never in disagreement!)potential puppies are chosen.

Our involvement with Cavaliers started with Maratim Could It Be Magic (Freddie), who has won well at Open shows and also been successful at Champ shows qualifying for Crufts under Mrs M Reece at The Birmingham National and has his stud book number via Richmond in 2005..Toshini Benito At Charverale is our current star you can find out more about him via the "Our Dogs" link.

Our Charverale affix was put together by using our childrens names, Charlotte and Alex with Veronica's.

2006 has been a good one so far with the highlight of Toshini Benito At Charverale winning YD at Crufts. In addition we have had huge support from all area's of the Cavalier world, so to all those supporters and fellow exhibitors, thankyou!!!
